Hola queridos amigos lectores y emprendedores, espero que estén teniendo un hermoso domingo y que estén recargando sus energías para comenzar con todo esta nueva semana del mes inicial del año 2025 . Gracias por estar aquí acompañandome, te envío un fuerte abrazo y espero puedas disfrutar de mi escrito.

Hoy quiero compartir un poco con ustedes de que hago yo mis domingos , ya que , siento que que los domingos son generalmente para estar en la casa y relajarse un poco, para poder recargar nuestras energías con las que tenemos planeadas abordar la siguiente semana. En lo personal, yo siento que arreglarse es darse cariño a uno mismo e influye en como nos llegamos a sentir con nosotros mismos.

Por ello , para mí es importante tomarme los domingos como un día en dónde me tengo que arreglar el cabello, las uñas , me hago mascarillas, me colocó cremas contra el acné debido a que sufro de acné en la espalda, me gusta hacer o comer algo dulce, escuchar música y limpiar mi cuarto y mi baño ya que siento que mantener esas 2 cosas en orden , me ayudan a mantener buenas energías y una vida un poco más organizada.

Y no , no me arregló por el que dirán los demás de mi . Lo hago porque es mi forma de recargar energías y sentirme más cómoda , lo hago porque desde hace un tiempo entendí que ese concepto de estar siempre arreglado no es significado de querer llamar la atención de los demás, sino la mía propia. Me encanta comenzar una semana en dónde previamente organizo mis actividades y las cosas que tengo pendientes , para así mantener un orden en el transcurso de mi semana.

Considero que los domingos nos sirven mucho para planificar y organizar . Además, es un día donde siento que solo somos mi paz y yo . Y eso me encanta mucho, el tener paz y poder sentirme bien conmigo misma . Si te soy sincera, me encanta comenzar una semana en dónde me veo en el espejo y me gusta lo que veo , ya que trabajo en ello a diario y es algo que me costó mucho decir y pensar.

Creo que cada persona tiene su forma diferente y única de recargar sus energías, pero. La mía es está , y la verdad es que me encanta, porque es un momento muy personal en dónde me consiento a mi misma y puedo pasar todo el día escuchando a mis artistas favoritos. Siempre digo que no existe algo mejor que arreglarse para enamorarse de uno mismo.

Además, siento que estar un domingo en casa , es la recompensa perfecta por toda una semana de trabajo, estudios, cosas del hogar y entré otras actividades que podemos llegar a realizar en el transcurso de nuestra semana. Y la verdad es que admiro mucho a las personas que trabajan los domingos o como dirían por allí. " De sol a sol ". Porque no tener ni siquiera un día de descanso debe ser agotador. Today I want to share with you a little about what I do on my Sundays, since I feel that Sundays are generally for being at home and relaxing a little, in order to recharge our energies with which we have planned to tackle the following week. Personally, I feel that getting ready is giving yourself love and it influences how we feel about ourselves.

For this reason, it is important for me to take Sundays as a day where I have to do my hair, my nails, I do face masks, I put on acne creams because I suffer from acne on my back, I like to make or eat something sweet, listen to music and clean my room and my bathroom because I feel that keeping those 2 things in order helps me maintain good energy and a more organized life.

And no, I don't get dressed up because of what others will say about me. I do it because it is my way of recharging my energy and feeling more comfortable, I do it because for some time now I understood that the concept of always being dressed up is not a sign of wanting to attract the attention of others, but my own. I love to start a week where I previously organize my activities and the things I have pending, in order to maintain order throughout my week.

I think Sundays are very useful for planning and organizing. Also, it's a day where I feel like it's just me and my peace. And I love that a lot, having peace and being able to feel good about myself. To be honest, I love starting a week where I look in the mirror and I like what I see, since I work on it every day and it's something that was hard for me to say and think about.

I think that each person has their own different and unique way of recharging their energies, but mine is this one, and the truth is that I love it, because it's a very personal moment where I pamper myself and I can spend the whole day listening to my favorite artists. I always say that there's nothing better than getting dressed up to fall in love with yourself.

Also, I feel that being at home on a Sunday is the perfect reward for a whole week of work, studies, household chores and other activities that we can do during the course of our week. And the truth is that I really admire people who work on Sundays or as they would say there, "From sunrise to sunset." Because not having even one day off must be exhausting. And you?
