Hola mis queridos amigos lectores y emprendedores espero que estén teniendo una hermoso día y que tengan un excelente domingo donde se encuentren recargando sus energías después de una larga semana de trabajo, estudios, cosas del hogar, ejercicio y de esas actividades cotidianas que suelen causarnos por naturaleza un agotamiento en nosotros. El día de hoy quiero compartir contigo este escrito y enviarte un fuerte abrazo!

"Respira" es una palabra que me dije mucho en estos días con tanto estrés o peso que cargué está semana, al estar en temporada de parciales y estar todos los días desde la mañana hasta la madrugada estudiando me generó sensaciones con las que sentía que no podía respirar ni dormír bien , y aunque se que es normal llegar a sentir ese tipo de sensaciones siento que muchas veces nos olvidamos de respirar y se vuelve en una falta de aire inexplicable.

Creo que respirar es una forma de drenar , de tomar fuerza, valor y seguridad y a la vez también nos permite soltar una carga y hacernos sentir más livianos, es una forma de conseguir Paz en tan solo un respiro y por ello es que cuando se nos olvida como hacerlo, entonces nos sentimos asfixiados.

Y está semana me pasó, olvidé como respirar y los beneficios que me trae hacerlo, la Paz y calma que trae practicar la respiración es algo que no todos son capaces de controlar. Solemos tener momentos de estrés en los que sentimos que nos falta aire cuando en realidad estamos respirando pero sentimos que no lo estamos haciendo!

Y eso es algo que me pasó mucho está semana y en otras ocasiones , pero.Al momento de presentar mis exámenes, cerré un momento mis ojos y con calma y mucha energía positiva inhale y exhale profundo. Y te sorprenderías que en ese momento mis piernas dejaron de temblar y mis manos dejaron de sudar , parecía una máquina que le preguntabas algo y te respondía inmediatamente.

Obviamente viene ligado con la preparación, pero es inevitable no sentir nervios o presión, pero esos mismos nervios nos hacen sentir que no podemos ni respirar o caminar . Cada vez que me ocurre una situación igual o similar a esa , siempre me acuerdo de mi tía.
Ella siempre me dice que saber respirar en situaciones de estrés es saber manejar tus emociones y sobre todo a ti misma , que aunque no tengamos el control absoluto de todo, porque la idea no es tener el control, es saber manejar las cosas y yo sinceramente si creo y digo que son conceptos muy diferentes dependiendo en el término que lo digas y lo expreses.

Respirar por nuestra propia cuenta sin necesidad de una máquina, mascarilla o un tanque de oxígeno es una enorme bendición que la mayoría del tiempo no estamos conscientes de ello y de la importancia que conlleva . El poder recibir, captar y diferenciar olores además de poder calmarte y drenar tus nervios a través de la respiración es algo inigualable. Por eso siempre digo que respirar va más allá de solamente estar vivo .

"Breathe" is a word I've been saying to myself a lot these days, with so much stress and weight I've been carrying this week. Being in midterm season and studying every day from morning until dawn, it created feelings where I felt like I couldn't breathe or sleep well. Although I know it's normal to feel those kinds of sensations, I feel like we often forget to breathe, and it turns into an inexplicable shortness of breath.

I believe that breathing is a way of draining, of gaining strength, courage and security and at the same time it also allows us to release a burden and make us feel lighter, it is a way of achieving Peace in just one breath and that is why when we forget how to do it, then we feel suffocated.
And this week it happened to me. I forgot how to breathe and the benefits it brings. The peace and calm that comes with practicing breathing is something not everyone can control. We often have moments of stress where we feel like we're short of breath when we're actually breathing, but we feel like we're not!

And that's something that happened to me a lot this week and on other occasions, but when it was time to take my exams, I closed my eyes for a moment and calmly, with a lot of positive energy, inhaled and exhaled deeply. And you'd be surprised that in that moment my legs stopped shaking and my hands stopped sweating. I felt like a machine that you asked something and it answered immediately.

Obviously, it comes with preparation, but it's inevitable not to feel nervous or stressed, but those same nerves make us feel like we can't even breathe or walk. Every time a situation like that happens to me, I always think of my aunt.
She always tells me that knowing how to breathe in stressful situations means knowing how to manage your emotions and, above all, yourself. Although we don't have absolute control over everything, the idea isn't to have control, it's knowing how to manage things. I sincerely believe and say that these are very different concepts depending on how you define and express them.

Breathing on our own without the need for a machine, mask, or oxygen tank is an enormous blessing, and most of the time, we're unaware of the importance of it. Being able to receive, capture, and differentiate odors, as well as being able to calm and calm your nerves through breathing, is unparalleled. That's why I always say that breathing goes beyond just being alive.
