I started collecting Chiko&Roko NFT this spring.

Chiko&Roko is a free art toy online platform where 3D NFTs of either a hedgehog (Chiko) or a rabbit (Roko) are distributed daily. Originally started as a digital gift for the Dubai Expo, the distribution continued even after the Expo ended due to its popularity. The NFTs we receive cannot be sent outside at this time, but it is said that they will eventually be available for buying and selling on Opensea and other sites.

I found out about this project on Twitter. At first, I started with the idea that I might be able to make some money by selling the NFTs I received. But now my goal is to collect NFTs designed by artists from all over the world. The number of NFTs distributed is very large, so I don't think we can expect high prices. As of today, I have collected 191 of them.

Many are distributed at 5:00 a.m. Japan time, so if you sleep in, you may not be able to get high rarity such as Epics. Commons are distributed in large quantities, so you may be able to obtain them even if you access the site at night.

It is also very interesting to play with AR, as shown in the picture📷

今年の春頃から、Chiko&RokoのNFTを集め始めました。

Chiko&Rokoとは、無料のアート・トイ・オンライン・プラットフォームで、毎日ハリネズミ（チコ）かウサギ（ロコ）の3D NFTが配布されています。元々はドバイEXPOのデジタルギフトとして配布が始まったそうですが、人気が出たからかEXPO終了後も配布が継続。貰ったNFTは今はまだ外部に出すことはできませんが、いずれOpenseaなどで売買できるようになる予定とのことです。

私はTwitterでこのプロジェクトを知りました。当初は、貰ったNFTを売ればお金になるかも？！という考えで始めたのですが…（笑）今ではすっかり、各国のアーティストがデザインしたNFTを集めるのが目的になっています。配布数も万単位とかなり多いので、価格を期待するものではないのかもしれません。今日までに191体集めました。

日本時間の朝5時から配布されることが多いため、エピックなどレアリティの高いものは、寝坊すると取れなかったりします。Commonは配布数が多いので、夜になって思い出してアクセスしてももらえたり。

写真のように、ARで遊ぶこともできてなかなか楽しいですよ。
