A Day in My Life Blog: I Have Attended the Cooperative Information Caravan held at the City of El Salvador City! Glory to God! ๐๐๐
Have a Blessed Day to all ASEAN Hivers and all my Fellow Hivers all over the World!
In the past few days, I have been very busy with my Ministry Works and I am blessed to share those events and activities here in the community which I do believe it definitely encourage everyone of us.
Today, aside from my ministry works I have also secular activities that I've attended in which this is for our Cooperative. I have just attended the Cooperative Information Caravan held at El Salvador City.
I have many things to share here, and before I continue sharing, I would always give thanks to all who supports me here in the community. To the Admins, Curators and even my co-Hivers, thank you so much for the support.
Just a few days ago, our Cooperative's Chairperson contacted and informed me that we will be having a seminar as required by the Cooperative Development Authority or CDA, an agency that manages and give certificate to operate for us Cooperatives.
I cannot deny for this seminar to attend and she already registered me for the said event. She already paid the registration fee and only I can do is to be present in the said event.
Our chairperson told me that the seminar will be held at the AVR of the City Hall of El Salvador City and scheduled to happen by 9:00 in the morning with the registration starts by 8:00 in the morning.
As I've know about this information, I have decided to went early as I will be traveling with my Motorcycle for almost an hour. It was around 8:00 I finally traveling and thank God for I just arrived at the City Hall safe and sound. Then I immediately went inside to register.
When I was outside the City Hall of El Salvador, I first took some selfies before I go inside. I just thank God for I was not late for when I finally inside the venue, it wasn't started yet, and immediately go to the registration table.
That was already around 9:30 in the morning when the officers from CDA officially starts the program with an invocation and then followed by the singing of the National Anthem.
Before the program proper, the City Officers have been given a short time to give a message and to welcome everyone. We just thank the City Hall Officers for allowing this event happens in their building.
Finally after a while, the program proper has been officially started. An officer from the CDA have now then call every Cooperative who were present here as an acknowledgement.
For today, we have many things and updates to discuss most especially the programs and updates that each of us Cooperative should know and it will definitely helped us a lot.
We have a total of three speakers /lecturers today in which each topics are very important for us. First one is the program and projects which we can apply with, and this are offered by CDA itself or other agencies with partnership with CDA.
Another one is the updates about legalities and other technical aspects. This is very important for us especially to our Cooperative, as it will helped us manage and be knowledgeable about laws and other legalities about our rights as Cooperative.
Another one and also one of the most important is the process on how to apply or renew our certificate for us to continue to operate. Now that we're in the modern world runs by computers and technology. Applications and renewable are now done online, and so we should also be updated about it.
Our seminar will be ended by 2:00 in the afternoon. They make sure that they can finishe all the topics immediately knowing that some of us are from a far and needed to travel.
We have been given only a few minutes for lunch break, and they have given to us what they've ordered for our lunch. I can say that the food is good and makes me full after.
By 1:00 in the afternoon, we continue the remaining topics and thank God for just on time, everything were finished and it is now time for us to go home.
Before we go home, together with our Chairperson, we have first a picture together as our remembrance and for documentation purposes.
After then it is now time for us to go home, and I just thank God for the success of today's event, and I just got home safe and sound.
This would be all for today's post, and until next time again, I just want to thank everyone in advance who will drop by on my blog post.
To God be all the Glory! ๐๐โ๏ธ
