I've told so many times to my girl and my kids, accidents can happen but negligence is another different thing and events that are results of a negligent behavior ain't accidents.

I enjoy doing, sometimes, multiple tasks at the same time, I really enjoy it, it provides a strange tense but nice sensation of under pressure dynamic that it's kind of addictive. But one can do that when one has it all under control and security measures are assured. I enjoy it cause, most of the times, I get to synchronize it all very well though it demands from me and no bad outcomes happen.

Carelessness and randomness behaviours never bring good outcomes and those results are not accidents.

Now, beyond carelessness and randomness, and out of all comprehension, understanding and tolerance it is the guilty drunk fucker behind the rudder of a truck trail driven at night with a complete lack of responsibility, discipline, concerning, control and with no sense of anything, who out of the violation and negligent fact of driving drunk a truck trail, goes at a high speed out of the road and rammed a group of people who were on the sidewalk. After the violent impact that ended also destroying a nearby house, some were killed and some others were wounding among which(both, killed and wounded )were unfortunately and sadly children.

That was not an accident. Fuck!!!. The Truck was in optimal mechanic conditions and there was no outer element or incident that made the crash occur. The driver fucked it up way deep cause he was way far from being in optimal or even minimal required conditions to be driving.

That guilty fucker may go to prison for the rest of his life(he surely will), but that won't bring back the childs or reverse the injuries caused to the persons that were impacted, it won't erase the suffering of the families, it won't compensate any loses...it won't solve a shit.

Many drunk drivers have been detained before in this country and the sanction applied is not too severe as it should be( if they haven't killed anybody yet), seemingly severe sanctions are just meant for those who become mass killers, after the blood got to the river.

That's shameful and annoying,both that kind of drivers behaviour and the lack of weight of law towards it.

Are we save out there in the roads? Are we ever gonna be? Heck no!!! Not like that. One gotta have eyes anywhere in the body and also a quick evasive reaction movement response in case of being involved in any "accident".

The lack of discipline, demand, and strict application of harsher penalties for this type of violation is leaving behind negative balances in our survival and safety. Life is already hard enough that, on top of that, there are Guilty Fuckers on the loose, threatening our lives with their shity negligent and careless behaviours.
