Breakfast at a roadside stall
Greetings everyone
How are you, I hope you are well. Thank you Eating out Community by @shawnnft. This morning at around 6 am, I traveled from where I live in Sukabumi city to the south, a distance of about 30 kilometers.
And it is estimated that it Will take about an hour to reach the destination. After about 30 minutes, I Saw a stall with a pushcart on the side of the road near the sport field. The name of the area is Bojong village, Cikembar district.
The car was Parked then I approached the stall and looked at the food menu. In front of the stall's window was written Nasi Uduk, nasi uduk is Made from rice mixed with coconut milk, lemongrass stalks, bay leaves, garlic, shallots and mushroom broth.
Nasi uduk adapts Malay nasi lemak, a combination of Javanese and Malay flavors, it tastes savory. I tried to order one portion of nasi uduk plus a fried chicken egg, fried potato sambal, crackers, cucumar slices, spices vermicelli and a little chili sauce.
It wasn't long before I picked up my order and ate it at the dining area overlooking the sport field. A glass of warm plain tea accompanied a portion of nasi uduk. After finishing Eating.
I asked the nasi uduk seller, how much one portion of nasi uduk with the menu I ordered cost?.
The seller politely answered 13.000,- (thirteen thousand rupiah) or ($0,80) quite cheap. After I paid, the journey continued. Thank you very much.
