为什么日本饮食一直都是分餐制？
有人说合餐制度是元清带来的落后文化
我不是完全赞同
因为元清贵族吃饭也是分餐制，现在的蒙古国吃饭也是分餐制，
只有在牧区吃建议聚餐时才合餐制
典型的清代权贵餐的代表谭家菜就是分餐制
最能说明问题的是《红楼梦》
里面大户人家分餐制，比如贾府吃饭就是严格执行分餐制
而仆人吃饭则是合餐制
其中宝玉过了十七岁生日后，平儿、袭人、
史湘云等众姐妹和丫鬟在怡红院夜饮玩耍，也是合餐制
更值得参考的是现在的俄罗斯和朝鲜
大佬们吃饭都是分餐制，P民大都合餐
也就是说分餐制和合餐制是在中国长期同时存在的
甚至有可能是很长期的存在，先秦时期就都有了
同时存在的办法就是贵族分餐，奴婢合餐，
平民有时候分餐有时候合餐（《水浒传》里就是）
我说的更直接一点就是现在的国宴也是分餐制为主
元清给大家感觉合餐比较多的原因是这个时代绝大部分汉人都是奴隶
现在合餐制为主的国家，都是受奴隶制文化影响较大的国家……
另外日本描写战国时代影视剧里也有农奴合餐制的表现
欧美的奴隶也是合餐
