Making decision of breakfast, lunch and dinner can be difficult especially if you've patterned yourself in a particular way. That is why deciding on what to make as lunch this afternoon wasn't easy but i finally laid my hand on something. That's why i tried an uncertain thing that am not sure of how it would come out and if my household would like it.

Make same pattern of food can be boring at times, that's why some times one needs to try something by imagination or any other way that it can come up with. Most times i imagine what i make try to experiment it to know what i can achieve.

I don't even know what am about making but i have already given it a name and i will be trying to achieve towards the name i have given to what i want to prepare.

Egg Stew is what i have named it

• 1 teaspoon of curry powder
• 10g of onion
• 1 season cube
• 2 eggs
• 100g of fresh tomatoes
• 1 green habanero pepper
• 95ml of vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon of salt

First step
Washed my eggs and put on fire to boil, the only way i can make use of it for what i want, is by boiling. As it's boiling i went ahead to wash my onion, pepper and tomatoes. Then slice them respectively.

Second step

I put my pot on fire and allow it to dry up, then pour in my vegetable and heat it up.

The oil is heated i add the salt.

Pour in my sliced onions, tomatoes and pepper.

I usually love to fry my curry, be it powder or leaves. So at this point i added it and fried them together.

Third step

Remember my eggs were boiling, now it's done. I brought it out, peeled it, removed the egg yokes and cut the egg white into small pieces just the way i want it.

I introduced the egg white and the yoke into my stired it well and allow it to simmer and then my stew is done.

My stew is ready and served.

This stew can be served along with white boiled rice mainly or any other be it plantain, yam, potato as you choose.
