MY TUNA OMELETTE [ENG/ESP]
When you start making a recipe on your own, to see how it turns out, has it happened to you? Hahaha, well, it happens to me almost always. This time, I wanted to improvise, try to make this omelette, I confess it's the first time I make it, and it turned out so pretty that I had to share it with you.
My main concern was mostly how I was going to flip it, because when looking at it in the pan, I told myself, here I need help, I don't know how to do it. However, as they say, it's just a matter of trying and letting it turn out as it has to.
Now I'll tell you how I prepared it, with these ingredients.
INGREDIENTS: 👇
- 1 can of tuna
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of oat flour
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- small tomato
- small onion
- small green bell pepper
- seasonings

PREPARATION:
The first thing I did was dice the tomato, onion, and bell pepper into small little squares.

Here I added the tuna, which I had previously drained.
Then I added the eggs, started beating and mixing, finally adding the oat flour along with the cornstarch.
I saw that it was turning out like this, kind of liquid, at first I got scared, I said how is this going to turn out hahaha, but I took the risk, and poured it into the pan, previously heated and greased, of course.
After a few minutes on low heat, it's time to flip it, I managed to do it, and I confess that I got excited when I saw it, very pretty, I just hoped it would cook on the other side.
And look how pretty and tasty my omelet turned out.😋👇
To accompany my omelette, I made myself a delicious mashed potato, without butter or milk, just the potato, as it should be, for the healthiest possible.

Cuando te pones hacer una receta por tu cuenta, a ver como te sale, ¿les ha pasado? jajaja, bueno, a mi casi siempre, esta vez, quise improvisar, intentar hacer esta tortilla, les confieso que es la primera vez que la hago, y me salió tan bonita, que tenia que compartírselas.
Mi preocupación, mas que todo era como iba a voltearla, porque al mirarla en el sarten, me dije, aquí necesito ayuda, no se como hacerlo, sin embargo, como dicen por allí, solo es cuestión de intentar, y que salga como tenga que salir.
Ahora les cuento, como la prepare, con estos ingredientes.
INGREDIENTS: 👇
- 1 lata de atún
- 3 huevos
- 1/2 taza de harina de avena
- 1 cucharada de maicena
- tomate pequeño
- cebolla pequeña
- pimentón verde pequeño
- condimentos

PREPARATION:
Lo primero que hice fue picar el tomate, la cebolla y el pimentón en cuadritos pequeños.

Aquí le añadí el atún, el cual previamente le había sacado el liquido.
Luego le agregue los huevos, empecé a batir y mezclar, añadiendo por ultimo la harina de avena, junto con la maicena.
Vi que me estaba quedando así, algo liquido, al principio me asuste, dije como ira a quedar esto jajaja, pero me arriesgue, y lo eche en el sarten, previamente calentado y engrasado, por supuesto.
Después de unos minutos a fuego lento, toca voltearlo, como pude logre hacerlo, y confieso que me emocione cuando lo vi, bien bonito, ya solo esperaba que se cocinara por el otro lado.
Y miren que linda y rica me quedo mi tortilla.😋👇
Para acompañar mi tortilla, me hice un rico puré de papa, sin mantequilla, ni leche, solo la papa, como debe de ser, para lo mas saludable posible.

Que les pareció esta receta, la verdad me gusto mucho como quedo, bien bonita, y de sabor ni se diga, super rica.
