🏹🔥 mejorando mis arqueras en plancha 🔥🏹[ESP-ENG]
Entonces, en esta ocasión decidí hacer un pequeño cambio para mejorar eso: abrir un poco más el agarre de las paralelas. Esto me perjudica porque, a la hora de competir, las paralelas solo tienen el mismo agarre; no puedo abrirlas más, a menos que use las pequeñas del suelo. Pero sirve para irme acostumbrando a lo que es la extensión completa del codo a la hora de hacer las flexiones en arqueras en plancha.
En este pequeño combo, realicé tres flexiones en arqueras, una flexión normal y un intento de press, donde se me desbloquearon un poco los codos, pero contaría como press. Y bueno, solo quería compartirles
Este pequeño cambio que estoy haciendo consiste en trabajar un poco más en variantes de flexiones en plancha, tratando de ganar más fuerza para las próximas competencias. Por ahora, lo dejo con las capturas de pantalla de este pequeño combo. ¡Nos vemos en la próxima publicación! 💪🔥
So, this time I decided to make a small change to improve that: open the grip of the parallel bars a little more. This hurts me because, when it comes to competing, the parallel ones only have the same grip; I can't open them anymore, unless I use the small ones on the floor. But it helps to get used to what full extension of the elbow is when doing push-ups in plank archers.
In this little combo, I did three archer pushups, one regular pushup, and one attempted press, where my elbows unlocked a little, but would count as a press. Well, I just wanted to share with you.
This small change I'm making consists of working a little more on plank push-up variations, trying to gain more strength for the next competitions. For now, I'll leave you with the screenshots of this little combo. See you in the next post! 💪🔥
