Pedestrians / Sunday / Patar Beach
Pedestrians
Road safety should also be a priority for pedestrians. It's something the government often disregarded. In the boulevard close to our home, crossing the street is a big challenge. Motorists lackdiscipline too, which made things worse.
Sidewalks which is supposed to be for pedestrians became the parking area of a private school, and a restaurant. These businesses both lacked proper parking. Even huge tracks are completely hindering the area where pedestrians should walk on.
One more thing, there's no pedestrian lane the entire stretch of the double-road boulevard! Hence, the difficulty of crossing the street. It seems the government is either not seeing that or they don't really care.
Sunday
I'm tired from yesterday's activities. Thus, getting up early is difficult but I did. We attended our weekend meeting in sign language, and I delivered a discourse. We went to SM as a deaf friend paid a treat. We got to meet a number of deaf people there too.
Patar Beach
We went to Patar Beach after our volunteering, and we really enjoyed the day. My wife and I bathe in the beach, and a friend followed.
