This world was not born of things, it was born of intention, so idealizing the past is as absurd as demonizing it.

Changes... Changes that come from a story, from the solid and true, from the particular fact or fact, proven and verifiable.

So from my past I can tell you, Galenkp, that history can be therapeutic, if we learn from it, the mistakes made in the past, so as not to repeat them... Will it be? Why? What would I change? well, as the time changes, so does the interpretative perspective of what happened,... That said, maybe it would change the way people treat each other. To show a button what happened recently in Australia that was horrible.

I believe that we should all be treated with respect and kindness, regardless of our background or beliefs. Too often we see that people are judged and discriminated against because of their race, gender, sexuality or other personal characteristics up to and including collective crime. In any case, the world will remain unequal, some in the future, others in the present and perhaps the vast majority, will continue in their present-past.

As for me, I would also change the way I listen to myself, in fact, this year I learned to listen to myself better, besides, when you listen to yourself, you can no longer pretend to be distracted by what you feel, without poses or masks.

I think that every so often reality arrives, and the real past becomes present, perhaps to resume the lost path.I speak to you clearly, I want to live with a calm mind, in peace, so I would change having my mind in alert mode, because that tires. Why? Well, it's not about “being strong”, it's about understanding what activates me and learning to turn down the noise to make a better decision. We all came one day to the edge of something that could no longer be sustained.

I am still working on the total change to order my work, my economy and my emotions from the root in the present tense. I want to open a new path, one that will finally give me calm, clarity and control. And when all this stuff I write about in this post moves my whole life will change direction.

Now I share more time with myself from having a coffee with the company of Myself, being my home before seeking refuge from someone else. I'm building a more compassionate year-end with myself.
