Un día como a ninguno de los muchachos se les ocurre faltar porque claro es día de pecho JAJAJAJA pero lo que no saben es que hoy también van hacer piernas al fallo y el que no quiera no le pondré la rutina de pecho de hoy así que veré como los muchachos toman la iniciativa para hacer piernas 😎 también fuy con un amigo que me tomó las fotos hicimos un poco de flexiones, dominadas, fondos, sentadillas y aprovechamos para salir un rato al terminar 🥷🏻
