Hello friends, Nameste, and welcome to my blog. This weeks prompt is one that drives deep reflection as we retrospect on our journey, starting from January to a few weeks to end the year. We all made plans, set goals and even invested in a number of projects. Some turned out good with returns while others could be losses and then we feel like, we are at the edge of the cliff, a point where we might loose it all if care is not taken, if we don't feed our minds with positive thoughts and remind ourselves of the little wins we've had, the battles we have overcome and the ones we need to stay strong so we can win.

Truth be told, the year isn't my best year but I believe it's better than past years. I had goals penned down to achieve by the end of this year, infact most of these goals had been written two years ago with very little, accomplished over the years. One thing about me is that I don't give up on anything until I achieve my goal. I have the patience to wait for as long as possible to get what I want and I'm so happy that I recently achieved one very huge goal on my list this year.

I also celebrated my first anniversary on Hive few weeks ago and achieved my 2k HP goal even before the targeted month which is December. When I get discouraged, I bring out my diary and start looking through my goals and ticking those that I've achieved, this has been helpful in keeping me calm and focused. I look at my plans and see if there's a need for adjustments to help me achieve what I want. I also have my husband, who happens to be my best friend, always by my side, encouraging me, giving me good advice, and taking action to help me reach my goals.

This year hasn't been the best, but I'm grateful for all the achievements. I actually achieved more this year compared to other years and I look forward to more achievements in the coming year.

Don't stop trying even when you think nothing is going as planned. Life is full of surprises and you would only be surprised when you keep working to achieve your goal
