Hay un momento en el camino del crecimiento personal y la espiritualidad en el que todo lo aprendido empieza a sentirse… pesado. Las frases motivacionales que antes encendían el alma suenan vacías. Las rutinas que antes daban estructura se vuelven jaulas. Y los conceptos que parecían verdades absolutas empiezan a desmoronarse.

Al principio, es desconcertante. Pasar años leyendo, meditando, buscando “despertar”... para luego darte cuenta de que quizá todo eso fue solo una nueva forma de ego: el ego espiritual, el que quiere tener razón, el que quiere estar “más despierto” que los demás.

Desaprender no es fácil. Implica soltar creencias que una vez dieron sentido. Implica mirar de frente todo lo que se pensó que estaba “superado” y reconocer que no, que la sanación no es una línea recta, ni una meta, ni una etiqueta.

El verdadero crecimiento no siempre se ve bonito. A veces es silencioso, incómodo, incluso solitario. Porque no se trata de acumular más herramientas o conocimientos, sino de vaciarse. De dejar de buscar fuera lo que solo puede experimentarse dentro.

Desaprender es regresar a lo simple: respirar, sentir, estar presente. Es reconocer que no hay un manual universal, que cada alma tiene su propio ritmo, su propio lenguaje. Y que en ese vacío donde ya no hay certezas, donde no hay nombres para lo que se siente es donde empieza la verdadera libertad.

True growth doesn’t always look beautiful. Sometimes it’s quiet, uncomfortable, even lonely. Because it’s not about collecting more tools or knowledge — it’s about emptying yourself. It’s about stopping the search for something outside, and realizing that what you’ve been chasing has always been within.

Unlearning is returning to simplicity: breathing, feeling, being present. It’s recognizing that there’s no universal manual, that every soul has its own rhythm, its own language. And in that emptiness — where there are no certainties, no names for what you feel — that’s where true freedom begins.
