Después de semanas luchando contra una gripa que me dejó completamente agotada, finalmente me sentí lo suficientemente bien como para salir al aire libre. La plaza se convirtió en mi refugio, y aunque mi recuperación aún no estaba completa, no pude resistirme a hacer algunas dominadas y estiramientos. El día estaba radiante, con el sol acariciando mi piel y el aire fresco llenando mis pulmones.

Mi novio, siempre atento, aprovechó la oportunidad para capturar algunos momentos preciosos. Las fotos que tomó reflejan la luz dorada del sol en mi cabello y la sonrisa en mi rostro. A veces, incluso en medio de la adversidad, encontramos pequeñas alegrías que nos recuerdan la belleza de la vida.

El día culmino con un hermoso atardecer, como si el universo estuviera celebrando mi regreso a la vida activa. Agradezco cada instante, cada rayo de sol y cada respiración profunda. La salud es un regalo, y ayer, en esa plaza soleada, me sentí renovada y agradecida.

After weeks of battling a flu that left me completely exhausted, I finally felt well enough to venture outdoors. The plaza became my sanctuary, and even though my recovery wasn't complete, I couldn't resist doing a few pull-ups and stretches. The day was radiant, with the sun caressing my skin and the fresh air filling my lungs.

My attentive boyfriend seized the opportunity to capture some precious moments. The photos he took reflected the golden sunlight in my hair and the smile on my face. Sometimes, even amidst adversity, we find small joys that remind us of life's beauty.
