Saludos y bendiciones, mi gente bonita de @motherhood. Una vez más por acá para contarles otras de mis experiencias como mamá. Como saben, ya las clases comenzaron y unos días antes estuvimos comprando los útiles escolares y con ellos materiales para decorar los cuadernos de mis princesas.

Ya mi princesa @ariannamc les mostró cómo estuvo decorando el de ella, pero por acá tengo algunas fotos que tomé desde mi teléfono, por aquí la ven dibujando una de las muñecas o imágenes que llevaba su libreta, le quedó hermosa, por delante uso colores en tonos rosados y en la parte de atrás en colores amarillos y verdes, aunque los personajes eran de la misma serie animada.

Algo que ella no les contó en su publicación es que esta libreta se la había regalado su abuela, mi mamá hace varios años, a ella no le gustaba mucho por qué se veía bastante sería para su edad, no tenía colores bonitos, ni dibujos, sino figuras abstractas, yo viendo su habilidad para el dibujo le dije que hiciera algunos para decorarla, pero hizo caso omiso; sin embargo, esta vez yo le compré una libreta muy bonita para sus clases, no era suficiente para las materias que estará viendo ahora en esta nueva etapa escolar como es el Liceo. Así que le dije: vamos a darle uso a esa libreta que le dicen unidad de seis materias, entonces se puso manos a la obra y estuvo decorada.

Yo, por mi parte, me fui por la parte más fácil y saqué unas imágenes de Capibara, un animal o figura que está muy de moda y a mi princesa Ámbar le gusta mucho tanto, así que de este motivo fue que le compré bolso, lonchera y cartuchera para su regreso a clases.

Lo mejor era comprar un papel contact para forrar su cuaderno de esta figura, pero no lo conseguí. Así que busqué unas imágenes y estuve editándolas con su nombre para forrarle su cuaderno cuadriculado. Este cuaderno viene con una imagen de un paisaje natural de nuestro querido país Venezuela.

Estos cuadernos son de capa blanda y no hay opción de comprar de otros modelos que hay en el mercado que son mucho más bonitos y de mejor calidad, sino que estos son los que el colegio específicamente pide para que ellos puedan escribir. El año pasado yo le compré el papel contac o papel autoadhesivo. Pero no sé por qué este con el tiempo se fue descolorizando todo.

Por eso, esta vez quise hacerlo de esta otra forma, porque de aquel papel contac aún me queda bastante y no quise usarlo y tampoco comprarte otro modelo, porque ella lo que quería era de capibara, Así que se me ocurrió esta idea.

Simplemente, al imprimir las hojas, las pegué al cuaderno y luego lo forré con papel contact. Quedó bonito, pero bastante sencillo en comparación con la belleza que hizo mi princesa Arianna. Así que, como eran dos cuadernos que tenía que forrar para Ámbar, le pedí ayuda a mi hija para que le diera más vida y se viera muchísimo mejor al otro.

Y así fue, ella utilizó la misma técnica que estuvo haciendo en su libreta con cartulinas de colores, las estuvo rasgando en pedazos pequeños y lo fue pegando, recordando las imágenes que ya yo había impreso y la fue colocando según su conveniencia y miren qué bonito quedó.

Así que como ven fue un trabajo en equipo madre e hija, en donde con mucha creatividad, ingenio y arte en cuanto los dibujos de mi princesa hicimos algo muy bonito hecho a mano con amor. Ahora mis niñas van a clase con sus cuadernos decorados muy lindos.

Arianna está haciendo otros dibujos muy lindos para las portadas de cada una de las materias que va a cursar y luego ella les estara mostrando en su blog. Este algo que me emociona mucho que mi princesa esté desarrollando cada vez más sus habilidades en el arte del dibujo.

Decorated notebooks

Greetings and blessings, my beautiful people at @motherhood. Once again, I'm here to tell you about some of my experiences as a mom. As you know, school has started, and a few days ago we went shopping for school supplies and materials to decorate my princesses' notebooks.

My princess @ariannamc already showed you how she decorated hers, but here are some photos I took with my phone. Here you can see her drawing one of the dolls or images from her notebook. It turned out beautiful. She used pink tones on the front and yellow and green on the back, even though the characters were from the same animated series.

Something she didn't mention in her post is that this notebook was a gift from her grandmother, my mom, several years ago. She didn't like it very much because it looked too serious for her age. It didn't have pretty colors or pictures, just abstract figures. Seeing her drawing skills, I told her to make some to decorate it, but she ignored me. However, this time I bought her a very pretty notebook for her classes, but it wasn't big enough for the subjects she will be studying now in this new stage of her education at high school. So I said to her, "Let's make use of that notebook they call a six-subject notebook," so she got down to work and decorated it.

For my part, I took the easy way out and found some images of Capybara, an animal or figure that is very fashionable and that my princess Amber likes very much, so I bought her a bag, lunch box, and pencil case for her return to school.

The best thing would have been to buy contact paper to cover her notebook with this figure, but I couldn't find any. So I looked for some images and edited them with her name to cover her graph paper notebook. This notebook comes with an image of a natural landscape from our beloved country, Venezuela.

These notebooks are softcover, and there is no option to buy other models on the market that are much prettier and of better quality. These are the ones the school specifically requests for the children to write in. Last year, I bought her contact paper or self-adhesive paper. But I don't know why it faded over time.

That's why I wanted to do it this other way this time, because I still have a lot of that contact paper left and I didn't want to use it or buy another model, because what she wanted was a capybara. So I came up with this idea.

I simply printed the sheets, glued them to the notebook, and then covered it with contact paper. It turned out nice, but quite simple compared to the beautiful one my princess Arianna made. So, since I had two notebooks to cover for Amber, I asked my daughter for help to make it more lively and look much better than the other one.

And so she did. She used the same technique she had used in her notebook with colored cardstock, tearing it into small pieces and gluing it on, remembering the images I had already printed and placing them as she saw fit. Look how beautiful it turned out.

So, as you can see, it was a mother-daughter team effort, where with a lot of creativity, ingenuity, and artistry in my princess's drawings, we made something very beautiful, handmade with love. Now my girls go to class with their beautifully decorated notebooks.

Arianna is making other very cute drawings for the covers of each of the subjects she is going to study, and then she will be showing them on her blog. I am very excited that my princess is developing her skills in the art of drawing more and more.
