Hoy les traigo a ustedes una explicación sobre lo importante que es trabajar la intensidad, si es posible al máximo, pero de una manera inteligente, ya que es algo sumamente esencial para el progreso de cada atleta. Así que, sin más que añadir, vamos con la publicación del día de hoy.
A warm greeting to the great #hive community and to everyone who sees the posts I upload to this platform. Today I'm bringing you an explanation about the importance of working on intensity, ideally to the maximum, but in a smart way, as it's absolutely essential for every athlete's progress. So, without further ado, let's get to today's post.
Entonces, la intensidad es algo superfundamental para el progreso de cada individuo, y trabajarlo al máximo, como lo menciono acá arriba, no se refiere a hacer por hacer muchísima dificultad, sino a saberla realizar controlando las cargas de los entrenamientos y dividirlos en objetivos, ya que es algo sumamente satisfactorio para el cuerpo tener un objetivo al cual trabajar y darle bastante fuerte a esos mismos objetivos. Entre esto también destacan lo que viene siendo la alimentación y el descanso, ya que son pilares fundamentales para que el cuerpo siempre esté acostumbrado a dar el máximo en cada momento, y es importante trabajar todos estos detalles al máximo para tener mayores beneficios.
Intensity is fundamental to the progress of every individual, and working on it to the maximum, as I mentioned above, doesn't mean doing extremely difficult exercises for the sake of doing them, but rather knowing how to manage training loads and breaking them down into objectives. It's incredibly satisfying for the body to have a goal to work towards and to really push itself towards those goals. Nutrition and rest are also crucial, as they are fundamental pillars for ensuring the body is always accustomed to giving its best at all times, and it's important to work on all these details to the fullest to reap the greatest benefits.
Así que ya saben, muchachos, tienen que trabajar todo al máximo, pero inteligentemente, para que su cuerpo se logre adaptar a las altas cargas y puedan ser atletas de alto rendimiento.
