【开箱】好旺饺 - 干贝粥 Dry Scallop Congee
话说我每次买了东西就有收藏的习惯,但是这种有限日期的食物真不能收太久,我会遗忘。就像今天要讲的这包“干贝粥”,我也忘了自己是何时购买回来的。
幸好我一直有记账的习惯,翻回我的记账本查看,发现是在今年5月31日购买回来,然后放到现在。放了三个月多,怎么感觉我自己收藏了好久呢?
价钱:RM15
像这种一袋就能煮的粥,适合我这种懒人,什么都不用准备,只需要像煮方便面那样跟着烹饪方法煮就行了,简简单单。
干贝粥 の 成份:
• 食油
• 花菇
• 干贝
• 水
• 姜
• 大蒜
• 食盐
• 香菇调味料
• 鸡汤
• 黑木耳
• 虫草花
打开袋子,
里面只有两袋:一袋米和一袋干贝酱
烹饪方法:
- 先煮一公升沸水
- 把米洗干净
- 剪开干贝酱
- 水沸腾后倒入白米和干贝酱
- 煮 15 分钟并偶尔搅拌
这“干贝粥”的味道在煮着的时候就已经飘香了,闻着都有食欲。煮好后,倒入大盘里,拿上桌子,然后开始拍照📸…… 🤣
这味道呢…… 香!
吃了之后,哎哟,味道不错,带点咸,还有干贝的味道。
包装写着这粥的份量是 1~2 人,但是我一个人吃只刚刚好吃饱,2 人的话真的不够分啊!
