Antes criticaba estos espacios porque notaba mucha vanidad en la obsesión de mirarse al espejo, tener cuerpos perfectos, etc. Pero honestamente, estos momentos son ideales para drenar, despejarse y darse la oportunidad de conectar con dinámicas diferentes al trabajo, los retos cotidianos y todo aquello que pueda abrumar.

Generalmente, me gusta ir a la montaña, caminar o conocer nuevos lugares, pero sin duda entrenar me ha ayudado a mejorar dolencias físicas, mejorar mi respiración, tener mejor resistencia, aprender nuevas posturas, ayudar a mi salud mental y emocional, Caracas es muy distinta a mi pueblo natal, su dinámica puede ser muy abrumadora, asi que hay que buscar alternativas para vivirla en calma, llevar un propio ritmo sin dejarse consumir por la prisa de esta increíble ciudad.

Les comparto en foto algunos mensajes que están en el gym y son ideales para siempre levantar los ánimos y y enfocarse en cada propósito personal, pienso después de todo que, la clave es mantener un equilibrio sin culpas y sin obsesiones dañinas.

Generally, I like to go to the mountains, walk or see new places, but without a doubt, training has helped me to improve physical ailments, improve my breathing, have better stamina, learn new postures, help my mental and emotional health, Caracas is very different from my hometown, its dynamics can be very overwhelming, so you have to look for alternatives to live it calmly, take your own pace without being consumed by the rush of this incredible city.
