My Actifit Report Card: January 17 2026
Today my double shift ends, and tomorrow is training day at the park, which I'm excited about, even though my whole body still aches because I've been on the move and carrying extra weight.
Yesterday I was organizing the supermarket warehouse, moving boxes weighing 10 and 12 kilos, making room for the merchandise that would arrive today, and I'm glad I did, because I didn't know there would be so much, and that effort helped keep things tidy.
But between one thing and another, I prefer conventional workouts, which are done by counting repetitions and working specific muscles, because there are breaks and control, which is not the case in my job, although they help me keep adding steps.

Ya hoy termina mi horario de doble jornada y mañana es día de entrenar en el parque, cosa que me tiene emocionada, aunque todavía siendo dolores en todo el cuerpo, pues he seguido en movimiento y con peso extra.
Ayer estuve organizando el depósito del supermercado, moviendo cajas de 10 y 12 kilos, haciendo espacio para la mercadería que llegaría hoy, y que bien que lo hice, pues no sabía que fuera tanta, y ese esfuerzo hizo que el orden se siguiera manteniendo.
Pero entre una cosa y otra, prefiero los entrenamientos convencionales, que se hacen contando repeticiones y para trabajar músculos en particular, pues hay pausas y control, cosa que no pasa en mi trabajo, aunque ayudan a seguir sumando pasos.
