En el trabajo hay días que son bastante pesados, otros no tanto pero independientemente de ello me he acostumbrado tanto a mi trabajo que ya para mi no es un problema la cantidad de trabajo que tenga en el día, porque la verdad es que a lo que me estoy dedicando en este momento es algo que me gusta mucho y eso hace que todo sea más llevadero.

Trabajar con repostería puede ser algo tedioso por la cantidad de detalles con los que se debe trabajar pero cuando notas el resultado de lo que has hecho te das cuenta de que realmente vale la pena la dedicación y el tiempo que toma.

En este caso les muestro un pequeño pedido que nos hicieron hace unos días, el cual consta de 20 mini tartaletas de 2 sabores, 10 de pistache con frambuesas y 10 de banoffee (dulce de leche, chantillí , banana y canela en polvo).

Estas normalmente se hacen un poco más grandes pero para este pedido las quisieron en versión mini y la verdad quedaron bastante lindas y me gustaron mucho más porque además de su tamaño llevan una base de cartón dorada cuando son pedidos y eso sin duda les da su toque. Y ustedes.. Conocían este tipo de tartaletas con estos sabores?
