Well, it's not as if I don't have a good memory, but there are times I tend to forget certain things, and believe me, for someone of my age, it would look a little bit odd to start picking up a biro and pen to get things written down.

So, I have a lot of apps I use and that I love, but today, I will be choosing my note app. That app has come in handy a while lot of times, I can't even count how many times I tend to open that app in a day, it's like everything about me and everything I want to do is written in there.

I make use of my WhatsApp as well, I created a chat, draft just for myself, but that was before I found the note app. I still make use of the WhatsApp draft, but it's rare. The note app has taken over.

I happen to be someone that can just be walking or doing something and a word, topic, a song or anything would just pop into my brain, and if I don't get it written down that moment, believe me, it's gone. So anytime an idea comes in, I tap my phone, straight to my note app, and I write it down. I might not really write it down in a long form or the exact way, but it will be in a way that I will remember what it was when I later have enough time to expantiate it or go through it again.

Even when I want to write on here, I do my writing in my note app, befor copying it here on hive. And I must say it has helped me a whole lot. There are times I make mistakes when I want to edit a draft here and I delete it, but I'm glad I usually have it in my note app to get it copied back again.

Also, it helps me plan my day, I note down the tasks for the day, most times in order of importance and make sure to follow it, even though there are times that unforseen circumstances can lead to me not following it through, still it helps. I don't just go about wasting my time and doing anything anyhow.

That note app is and remains the best for me, it feels so good to have the whole thing all in one place, what I often post on my status in Whatsapp are always ready in my note app, what I post here on hive are as well there, the days plan are as well tabled out there, all I need to do is just to tap, check whats next, copy what to post, write down a new idea or topic to work on, and that's all.

It's a small app, but it's doing real work in my daily life.
