El día de hoy paso por acá para compartirles una deliciosa receta y es una torta de naranja con yogour, la cual la decore con chocolate y crema de buttercrean, los invito a que la preparen realmente es una delicia. La combinación de la naranja, chocolate, y el yogur es demaciado rico, los invito a que la elaboren y luego me lo hacen saber que tal les quedo, se que no se arepentiran.

Es la primer vez que le coloco yogour a una torta, pero el sabor, textura, es increíble, le da una suavidad y esponjosidad del otro mundo; realmente me habían comentado varias a migas, pero no había probado en agregarle este ingrediente, pero lo he comprobado, que es cierto, el yogour le aporta mas suavidad y eponjocidad. saben que esta torta la hice para un cumpleaños de una amiga de mi hija, por lo que al picarla no estaba presente, por lo que mi hija se le olvido capturar la foto, sin embargo con la mezcla que me sobro hice una bastante chica y es la que les voy a mostrar en este momento para que observen esta característica de la torta de esponjosidad.

Ahora ponemos manos a la obra para prepara esta receta con los ingredientes que les indicare.

Ingredientes ponqués:

• 5 tazas de harina leudante
  *4 tazas de azúcar refinada
  *1tazas de yogurt natural liquido
• 4 huevo medianos
• 400 gramos de margarina
• 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato
• 1 cucharada de canela en polvo
• 2 cucharadas de Ralladura de una naranja
  *1/2 taza de jugo de naranja
• 2cucharada de extracto de vainilla, una pisca de sal
• 250 gramos de chocolate para la cubierta
• molde de 22 por 10 centímetros e alto

Procedimiento

1. lo primero que hice fue colocar la mantequilla en un tazón y batirla con batidora eléctrica, luego le agregue el azúcar, batí por 5 minutos, posteriormente las yemas de los huevos, seguí batiendo, al estar unido estos ingredientes, le agregue el yogurt, batí por 2 minutos mas y reservo.

1. En este paso procedo a cernir por un colador la harina de trigo, le agrego la canela en polvo, bicarbonato y la pizca de sal, revuelvo en forma envolvente e inicio a agregar poco a poco en le mezcla anterior, una parte de la harina y el jugo de naranja y así sucesivamente hasta terminar. Bato las claras a punto de nieve, las agreg a la mezcla y revuelvo enforna envolvente.

1. Para finalizar agrego la ralladura de naranja y revuelvo en forma envolvente y coloco en un molde enharinado y engrasado, introduzco al horno por 45 minutos. Al transcurrir este tiempo introduzco un palillo, si sale seco ya esta, apago, dejo reposar 20 minutos, desemoldo, dejo enfriar bien durante 1 a 2 horas, para proceder a decorar.

1. Una vez que ya han trascurrido las dos horas o que esta fría, empiezo a decorarla con chocolate y el buttercream de la manera que nos parezca.

You know, I made this cake for my daughter's friend's birthday, so I wasn't there when they cut it, and my daughter forgot to take a picture. However, with the leftover batter, I made a smaller cake, which is the one I'm going to show you now so you can see how fluffy this cake is.

Now let's get to work preparing this recipe with the ingredients I will list below.

Ingredients

• 5 cups self-rising flour
• 4 cups refined sugar
• 1 cup plain yogurt
• 4 medium eggs
• 400 grams margarine
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons orange zest
  *1/2 cup orange juice
• 2 tablespoons vanilla extract, a pinch of salt
• 250 grams chocolate for the frosting
• 22 x 10 cm high cake pan

Procedure

1. The first thing I did was put the butter in a bowl and beat it with an electric mixer, then I added the sugar, beat for 5 minutes, then the egg yolks, continued beating, once these ingredients were combined, I added the yogurt, beat for 2 more minutes and set aside.

1. In this step, I sift the wheat flour through a sieve, add the ground cinnamon, baking soda, and a pinch of salt, stir gently, and begin to gradually add part of the flour and orange juice to the previous mixture, and so on until finished. I beat the egg whites until stiff, add them to the mixture, and stir gently.

1. Finally, add the orange zest and stir gently. Pour into a floured and greased mold and bake for 45 minutes. After this time, insert a toothpick. If it comes out dry, turn off the oven, let it rest for 20 minutes, remove from the mold, and let it cool completely for 1 to 2 hours before decorating.

1. Once the two hours have passed or it has cooled down, I start decorating it with chocolate and buttercream however we like.
