Hoy me encuentro con ustedes una vez más paseándome por esta comunidad, de la cual me siento muy a gusto de poder participar en ella. Hoy quise presentarles una rica y deliciosa receta que a todos tanto niños, jóvenes y adultos nos encanta y son unos deliciosos tequeños de queso hechos en casa.

Realmente es una receta bastante sencilla, económica y fácil de preparar, lo único es que es un poco tediosa, pero en mi caso hacer tequeños me sirve para desestrezarme.

Ahora es el momento de proseguir con la receta.

Ingedientes

• 1 paqute de harina de trigo
• 1 huevo, 3 cucharadas de margarina, aceite,6 cucharadas de azúcar, 1 de sal.
• 2 tazas de leche, disuelta en 2 cucharadas de levadura + 3 de azucar.
• 765 gramos de queso

Preparación

Lo primero que debo hacer es disolver en las 2 tazas de leche liquida el azúcar y la levadura, taparla con un paño y dejarla de 10 a 15 minutos o hasta que ya este fermentada.

Luego inicio con la preparación de la masa, coloco la harina en
un tazón, le agrego las 6 cucharadas de azúcar restante, la sal, la margarina, el huevo y amaso, se va a sentir todo harinoso, trato de disolver o unir toda toda la margarina y el huevo con la harina.

Posteriormente agrego poco a poco la levadura fermentada a la masa y voy amasando hasta que despegue de las manos, dejo reposar 5 minutos resguardándola con un pañito.

Al transcurrir este le esparzo algo de harina en el mesón y volcó la masa para volver a amasarla y a estirarla. Las tiras las corto de aproximadamente 2 centímetros de espesor y lo que de de largo.

Para finalizar corto el queso en palitos del tamaño que desee en mi caso los corte de 1 centímetro de espesor por 4 de largo, le coloque a la tira la brocha mojada con algo de agua, la pase por la tira para que esta quede adherir al queso y al momento de freírlos no se vayan abrir.

A la masa le coloque el queso de un estreno al otro, inicie a enrollarlos, apretando con los dedos las punta para sellarlos.
Posteriormente coloque el caldero con suficiente aceite e inicie a freírlos, les comento que quedaron super buenos, el queso al morder el tequeño se derretía en la boca, super ricos tanto en textura y sabor, les recomiendo esta receta.

Today I find myself once again wandering through this community, which I am very happy to be a part of. Today I wanted to share with you a rich and delicious recipe that everyone, children, young people, and adults alike, loves: delicious homemade cheese tequeños.

It really is a fairly simple, inexpensive, and easy-to-prepare recipe. The only thing is that it's a bit tedious, but in my case, making tequeños helps me de-stress.

Now it's time to continue with the recipe.

Ingredients

• 1 package of wheat flour
• 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of margarine, oil, 6 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt.
• 2 cups of milk, dissolved in 2 tablespoons of yeast + 3 tablespoons of sugar.
• 765 grams of cheese

Preparation

The first thing I have to do is dissolve the sugar and yeast in the 2 cups of liquid milk, cover it with a cloth, and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes or until it has fermented.

Then I start preparing the dough. I put the flour in
a bowl, add the remaining 6 tablespoons of sugar, salt, margarine, and egg, and knead it. It will feel floury, so I try to dissolve or combine all the margarine and egg with the flour.

Then I gradually add the fermented yeast to the dough and knead until it comes away from my hands. I leave it to rest for 5 minutes, covering it with a cloth.

Once this time had passed, I sprinkled some flour on the counter and turned the dough out to knead and roll it out again. I cut the strips to approximately 2 centimeters thick and as long as possible.

To finish, cut the cheese into sticks of the desired size. In my case, I cut them 1 centimeter thick by 4 centimeters long. Dip the brush in some water and brush it on the strip so that it sticks to the cheese and doesn't open up when frying.

Place the cheese on the dough from one end to the other, then start rolling them up, pressing down.

Then place the pot with enough oil and start frying them. I have to say they turned out really good. When you bite into the tequeño, the cheese melts in your mouth. They are delicious in both texture and flavor. I highly recommend this recipe.
