If not for the internet many of us would possibly be working 9-5, which is not bad but then, it would really make life a little bit hard for some people. Like I once read bout a guy who can't move his hand and feet but was able to make a life for himself online through the use of social media. Stories like that are everywhere. if there are no other ways to earn, connect and build a relationship except the real world then I bet I won't even be able to know anyone other than those I've seen in the real world.

I could go on and on but TBH I'm neither crippled nor handicapped but I'm grateful for being able to gain access to the internet and make friends from all around the world. Today while chatting with a friend it kinda got to me that I've really made some good friends andconnections here on Hive and other platforms which is really amazing and just so nice to think about.

If not for one thing, I would say the whole craze of this world(which could be the inspiration for the internet) is to make us all live together as one in a type of way, which I the internet is helping us make happen from one platform to another. Maybe one day we'll have one platform to rule them all like we once did with facebook. Maybe it'll be Hive someday. Just maybe.

We've been able to get connected with one another unlike before where if I wanted to communicate anything to anyone. I would send a letter. I can say that we've really created a kind of oneness virtually. Now you just need to send a couple of characters and you're seen.
