Hola amigas de la comunidad de Ladies Of Hive, espero que hayan tenido una excelente semana ☺️. Hoy me uno nuevamente al concurso #261 dónde @ifarmgirl nos comparte tres preguntas de las cuales me gustaría responder dos de ellas. Las cosas que vemos negativas de nosotros nos enseñan a crecer y a aprender a mejorar para apreciar lo que somos y tenemos. Parte de este post es sobre mi respuesta acerca de aquello que puede no gustarme tanto de mi y también como el poder del agradecimiento me permite mantenerme en pie incluso en los días más difíciles. Hello friends of the Ladies Of Hive community, I hope you've had a great week ☺️. Today I'm joining contest #261 again, where @ifarmgirl shares three questions with us, two of which I'd like to answer. The things we see as negative about ourselves teach us to grow and learn to improve so that we can appreciate who we are and what we have. Part of this post is about my answer regarding what I may not like so much about myself and also how the power of gratitude allows me to keep going even on the most difficult days. ¿Tienes algún pensamiento negativo sobre ti mismo? ¿Cuál es y estás haciendo algo para replanteártelo y adoptar una perspectiva más positiva?
Do you have a negative thought about yourself? What is it, and are you doing something to reframe that and adopt a more positive outlook?
Esta pregunta es interesante porque siento que todos los seres humanos tenemos partes de nosotros que no nos agradan tanto y que intentamos siempre cambiar o incluso "arreglar". En mi siempre ha existido mucha inseguridad y es algo que se que se nota en mi forma de ser sobre todo cuando estoy con personas que no conozco bien o que no me generan confianza, pienso que es algo que he ido tratando de mejorar haciendo conciencia de las cosas que puedo cambiar y las que no. Tal vez me gustaría ser más segura de mi misma, así creo que estaría mejorando mi vida y a la vez cumpliendo las metas que tengo en mente, es algo que cuesta pero se que es un trabajo diario que no tiene final. Lo que hago para no ser mi peor enemiga es intentar hablarme de la manera en la que lo haría con alguien que quiero, no ser tan dura con las palabras que me digo y siempre recordándome que es mi primera vez haciendo las cosas que me gustan y que está bien fallar e intentarlo de nuevo, es parte del crecimiento y del aprendizaje que cada situación me deja como enseñanza.
This question is interesting because I feel that all human beings have parts of ourselves that we don't like so much and that we always try to change or even "fix." I have always been very insecure, and it's something that shows in the way I am, especially when I'm with people I don't know well or who I don't trust. I think it's something I've been trying to improve by becoming aware of the things I can change and those I can't. Perhaps I would like to be more confident in myself, as I believe that would improve my life and help me achieve the goals I have in mind. It is difficult, but I know it is a daily task that never ends. What I do to avoid being my own worst enemy is to try to talk to myself the way I would talk to someone I love, not to be so harsh with the words I say to myself, and to always remind myself that it's my first time doing the things I like and that it's okay to fail and try again. It's part of the growth and learning that each situation teaches me.

El enfoque hacia el agradecimiento es primordial para sentirnos mejor con nuestra vida, es necesario aceptar que hay cosas que se pueden cambiar como otras que no y que soy muy afortunada de tener la vida que tengo, que tal vez no sea perfecta pero tengo cosas que muchas personas sonarían con tener, en cuanto a personas que me aman y a un lugar donde puedo vivir. Aprecio mucho cada cosa que va sucediendo y sobre todo recuerdo cuando esperaba poder llegar al nivel de entendimiento que tengo hoy, se que ha costado mucho esfuerzo e incomodidad pero es algo que me ha hecho crecer madurar. Soy consciente de que tener salud es la prioridad más importante y que a pesar de lo que he vivido tengo la suerte de ser una persona muy saludable, además de que tengo un lugar donde puedo vivir y una familia que está siempre presente, somos pocos pero los que estamos sabemos cuánto cada uno ha puesto su corazón para alcanzar las metas que tenemos y además nos hemos cuidado cuando lo necesitamos. Así que tener salud, familia y paz es parte de lo que me hace sentir gratitud, sobre todo en el mundo que vivimos donde las cosas siempre están de revés, me gusta siempre recordar los buenos momentos y las personas con las que me cruzado en el camino que me han dejado una bonita sensación de agradecimiento.
Focusing on gratitude is essential to feeling better about our lives. We need to accept that some things can be changed and others cannot, and that I am very fortunate to have the life I have. It may not be perfect, but I have things that many people would dream of having, such as people who love me and a place to live. I greatly appreciate everything that happens and, above all, I remember when I hoped to reach the level of understanding I have today. I know it has taken a lot of effort and discomfort, but it is something that has made me grow and mature. I am aware that health is the most important priority and that despite what I have been through, I am lucky to be a very healthy person. I also have a place to live and a family that is always there for me. There are few of us, but those of us who are here know how much each person has put their heart into achieving our goals, and we have also taken care of each other when needed. So having health, family, and peace is part of what makes me feel grateful, especially in the world we live in where things are always upside down. I always like to remember the good times and the people I have met along the way who have left me with a beautiful feeling of gratitude.

¡Hola amiga! Coincido en que todos tenemos algo que no nos gusta de nosotros, pero está bien aceptarlo y actuar en consecuencia para ir superándolo, con constancia y determinación se puede lograr cualquier cosa.
Es bueno llegar una vida de agradecimientos, muchas veces nos enfocamos en lo malo, pero si aprendemos a ver lo bueno que tenemos cambia la perspectiva.
