How are you all. Today i,m going to share a new recipe and my favourite dish. Name of the recipe is Vegetables momos. There are i,m use 4 kind of vegetables to make vegetables momos. Winter is coming and in winter i love to eat momos. Now i,m going to described all process how to make vegetable momos, lets Start.

Vegetable momos

Ingredients

1.Pointed gourd -2 piece
2.Potato -2
3.cauliflower -1/2 chop cauliflower
4.Green beans - 1 small bowl.
5.Flour -1 cup
6.Onion -2
7.Green chilli - 4
8.Black pepper powder -1/3 tbsp
9.Salt -2 tbsp
10.oil.

That,s All the ingredients i have to need for making this vegetables momos recipe. So i,m get all ingredients and keep it in a tray.

vegetables momos making Process

Firstly i,m going to Remove pointed gourd and potato peel with knife. Then wash all vegetables and keep it in a bowl. Now chop all vegetables in vegetables chopper. All vegetables are chop nicely. Now keep all chop vegetables in a tray.

After chopping otherside i,m going to make flour dough. For that first i,m take a bowl also take 1 cup of flour and pour it. After that i,m pour 1 tbsp salt,1 tbsp oil and give also water. Now make flour dough and cover it for sometime.

Here i,m going to take a pan and pour some oil. Here first i,m going to pour chop onion and chop chilli.Then fry it few minutes then pour chop 1/2 cup of cauliflower and fry it. Now i,m going to pour chop potato and chop pointed gourd. Cooked this vegetables for sometime.

Now i,m going to pour 1 small cup of green beans. Also give 1 tbsp salt and 1/2 tbsp black pepper in it.
And stir it. When vegetables are cooked keep it in a plate. This is momos filling.

I,m going to take some making flour from flour dough. Make small and Thin round shape. Then put some vegetables filling and make momos shape. Folding it in three or four shape that i can make.

All vegetables momos shape was making done. Keep all in a tray. There you can see this is my first time to make momos so shape was not much better. But its okay.

I,m making vegetables momos in rice cokker. So get some water in the pot of rice cooker and boiled water properly. When water was boiled i,m going to put over the boiled water rice cooker plastic strainer. There i,m going to brash some oil and keep all momos here,dumplings all momos here.

20 minutes later i,m going to open rice cooker and see vegetables momos was cooked. It looks so yummy. I,m just keep all hot vegetables momos in a plate and take tomato sauce in a small bowl. I,m not wait more time start to eat momos. This was so tasty.
