Good evening, blog friends, here I am with another recipe. I was tired tonight and didn't feel like cooking anything elaborate, so what did I do? I made something quick and easy: piadina! Are you familiar with piadina? They're very thin flatbreads made from wheat flour, typical of Romagna!

A simple and delicious dish to fill as you like, just like I did!

First, tomato, mozzarella, and salami piadina.

• 1 piadina
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 30 grams cherry tomatoes
• 1 mozzarella
• 20 grams arugula
• 30 grams salami.

Second piadina bresaola, arugula, shaved parmesan cheese.

• 1 piadina

• about 10 grams of shaved parmesan cheese

First, let's prepare the first piadina and its toppings. Slice the mozzarella, then the tomatoes, wash them well and slice them as well. Finally, let's prepare the salami, also thinly sliced. Then, take a pan, add two tablespoons of oil and place the piadina on top. Cook for only three minutes, turning it so it cooks on both sides. Once it's ready, let's prepare it! Arrange the mozzarella and then the salami on one half of the piadina, then add the cherry tomatoes and arugula.

Now that everything is ready, just close the piadina in half or roll it up like a shawarma and there you have it, our tasty first piadina!

Ahora pasemos a la segunda piadina, que es aún más fácil de hacer. Repite el proceso para la primera: añade dos cucharadas de aceite a la sartén, cocina durante tres minutos, volteándola para que se dore por ambos lados.
