​The week began with heavy rain and we had an event scheduled for the weekend. Everyone was praying for sunshine. We did not want anything to disturb our minds, so we continued with the planning while still praying for good weather.

Three days before the event, it seemed as though the rain would cause flooding and people advised us to postpone, but I told them no, that come rain or come shine, the event would still hold. They kept arguing, yet I insisted they should go ahead with the preparations because whatever would be, would be.

As God willed it, the rain stopped a day before the event, and on the morning of the occasion we woke up to meet the sun shining brightly. It continued to shine throughout that day and God honoured us.
