In cases such as dealing with difficult situations, it is necessary to seek it out, but this does not detract from the merit of it coming spontaneously in everyday life. I find that coveted tranquility in simple things: from exercising, enjoying a good book, knitting, researching, or the simple act of dancing. All of these are triggers that drive this change and help me find stability in my body and mind. I suppose that being focused on these activities and knowing that you are doing them for yourself and your well-being makes them valuable ways to value yourself and others.

As you can see, this was marked down more than ½ price. I've been dallying, trying to decide how to cook it.

My first time outside of Canada and US, was in 1985. My friend and her fiance were going to Cuba. I had no idea what it was, or anything about it. She ask if I, and my then boyfriend, would like to join. It was cheap so off we went.

Let's start by talking about the fact that loneliness is a state in which it can occur by one's own decision or because things turned out that way, although at first it is not bad, it is a state that we must know how to manage and learn to cope with, since being alone or feeling alone is not the same, when we are alone, whether because we wanted to or due to external circumstances that prevent us from being accompanied, it gives us a moment to do what we want, to analyze in more depth what we want, to continue with our things, it can have its pleasant moments and of tranquility if you wish, it all depends on how you carry it.

Hello everyone in my favorite community. A few months ago I got sick and during therapy I learned that Judas' ear fungus could help me.I live near a forest and it is a very easy task for me. I quickly found them, carefully removed them from the tree, I will explain why and along the way I came across many mushrooms growing on the stump that I had not paid attention to before. Namely, I started reading the book "The Secret Life of Trees" by Peter Voleben, a German forestry engineer. The book describes in detail and expertly, not only the phenomenon of symbiosis of forest and mushroom colonies through the network of mycelium, but also all the relationships and occurrences of the overall life in the forest community. I recommend this book to be read by fans of sums and mushrooms, and I am one of them

I shared so much with this little girl; I truly felt she was mine, in my own way. When I took my young children to the dentist, I asked my mom to bring her. It was a public clinic, so we had to get up early. I started waiting in line at 4:00 a.m. and managed to get all three of them seen. My niece broke one of her front teeth on a seesaw in a park with a cousin on her father's side, so she felt bad about it. They started to During one of her appointments, a Cuban woman saw her and, upon seeing her, said, "What a beautiful Black woman!" When she smiled and the woman saw her tooth, she said, "We're going to make you even prettier." She left the office with her tooth restored, tears in her eyes, hugged me, and said, "Auntie, I love you, thank you." I replied, "Thank you to the doctor, because she fixed it for you." Her response was, "And thank you, because you're the one who brought me here." I immediately cried. 🥹

Storm Goretti arrived, bringing snow with it. It snowed for several hours, starting from last night. I decided to get wrapped up and go for a walk and feed the birds. The roads still have snow on them but it's thawing and turning to slush. There's still not much traffic around. People are being sensible. It can be difficult to get in and out of my village when it snows as you have to navigate a hill, whichever way you go.

I lost myself watching her, begging for time to stop. Suddenly, her hand rested just below her delicate chin. I was amazed by the paleness of her skin, as white as silk. Her empty eyes stared without seeing anything, while I tried with all my might to get that lady — worthy of a work of art that Da Vinci, Van Gogh and Picasso had created in collaboration — to look at me.

Today I want to share with you a short story I wrote some time ago for the Contest for the Elimination of Violence against Women, organized by the European Union in Cuba. The piece is titled "Scenes in Red."

It was precisely in the streets of my beautiful city of Maracaibo that I decided to embark on this long journey to visit each of its beautiful squares, all of which have been remodelled, making the city much more attractive. I had previously visited this beautiful viewpoint, but it did not have this name; it was called Plaza Alonso de Ojeda. but it was quite deteriorated, the trees were very tall, weeds covered it, and its inner beauty could not be appreciated. However, it was completely remodelled in October and now looks completely different. From this point, you can see the beautiful city of Maracaibo and its great lake in the distance.
