I welcome you to my blog. Our world is evolving continuously, and the evolution of our world has an effect on the way things are. The evolution of our works affects how we used to see things, how things used to be, and when and how we react to things. Those days it was believed that a problem shared is already half solved, but these days a problem shared is you giving people what to talk about, and for this reason many people rather suffer and die in silence than open up about needing help.

In those days it was easier to open up and share your problems or whatever was bothering you with others without the fear of being mocked or laughed at. In those days it was easier to open up and get the support you needed to overcome whatever was bothering you, but today opening up seems like the wrong thing to do because instead of getting the help you need, all you will get is either a mockery or they will laugh and joke about it; they might end up not even taking you seriously.

That is the world we live in currently, and for some reason, many people now see asking for help as the wrong thing to do. Many people are hurting on the inside while smiling and causing people to believe they are okay. Many people carry so much pain and still try to hide it by not asking for help just to avoid getting mocked or their problems being joked about.

Our world and the people living in it need to do better to enable people to open up more. We need to know when to joke and when not to joke, as these days everything seems like a joke and something we can use for social media content. An individual is sharing their life problems with you, and all you can think of is to record it and then use it as content later on. There are so many reasons why people don't reach out for help. Some people, once they offer you help, hold it over you and make you feel like you are indebted to them; some cease to respect you, while some continue to throw it in your face.

There are still times in life when life will leave you no other choice than to reach out for help. My 300 level in school was one chaotic level, from having a health crisis to a financial crisis. That is one period I reached out for help, and I got the help I needed from the right people. The only way to get help now that will not be held over you is by asking for the help you need from the right person and not just anyone at all.
