It’s amazing how Christmas comes and goes, as if the day should not end, yet to my surprise and shock, it finished very fast. Though, I was able to achieve quite a lot that very day, and all thanks be to the Almighty the Creator of heaven and earth, the Giver of all life. I return all glory to His name alone.

The celebration went well, and nobody from my family sustained any injuries or had any health challenges. That alone is more than enough for us to give Him praise.
So let’s get back on track. For this weekend’s weekly prompt, I’ll be singing a song cover by David Dam titled “Ebenezer.” The song talks about our Helper who has come, and the person the song refers to is God. You know how it feels when you are looking for help and someone suddenly comes through for you.

I remember back in school when I was in college. There was something I desperately needed in my final year, and everybody in my house turned me down because they all complained that there was no money. But to my shock and surprise, it was a stranger who came through for me. He came and made everything easy. That is the same way God works. You may be trusting Him for something, and boom, He comes through when you least expect it. That is one thing about God: He will show up in ways you never imagined, revealing His mercy and love to you.

So I want to wish you a Happy New Year in advance. I know most people were unable to achieve all the plans or goals they set in 2025. The best thing you can do is not to disturb yourself about it or make it look like that is the end of life. It is very possible to achieve those goals in 2026 just add them to your plans for the new year. I see God coming through for you in ways you least expect.
