Description from Strava: The morning felt fresh, brushed with a light drizzle that softened the palace gardens into a shimmering stage. I paced through interval walking, circling once more around the Luiseninsel, steady steps echoing like quiet drums. I stopped at the decorated bust of the queen, then leaned close to peer into the hollow tree stuffed with bright offerings, as if secrets hid in its wooden heart. By the water I practiced breathing and meditation, a heron standing silently beside me like a patient teacher. I could not resist sharing the sight of the relaxed sheep resting beneath a swamp cypress, their calm shapes reminding me how stillness sometimes spoke louder than sound.
