Fried Dim Sum With Melted Cheese
Hi bloggers and food lovers. Happy weekend. Today I'm going to share a recipe for fried dim sum filled with cheese that melts when you eat it. It tastes savory, creamy, and is perfect as a special weekend dish. Okay, let's get started.
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of chicken thigh and breast meat
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 stalks of green onion
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1.5 teaspoons of salt
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- ice cubes
- 1 egg
- 5 tablespoons of tapioca flour
- spring roll wrappers
- spread cheese
- a little water and flour solution for spring roll glue
Steps:
- Put the chicken meat, chopped green onions, garlic powder, pepper, salt, sesame oil, oyster sauce, and ice cubes into a chopper
- Chop until mixed but not too fine (according to taste)
- Add the egg and tapioca flour
- Chop again with the chopper until well mixed
Put the spring roll wrappers on the plate
Place the dim sum mixture on the spring roll wrappers
- Add the spread cheese
- Cover with more dim sum mixture
Fold the spring roll wrappers like this
Seal with the flour and water mixture
- Repeat until all the dim sum mixture is used up
Steam the dim sum in a greased container for 25-30 minutes
Remove and let cool
Fry the cheese dim sum in hot oil until browned
Remove and drain
The remaining steamed cheese dim sum can be stored as frozen food
- Serve on a plate with chili oil as a side dish
- The fried dim sum with melted cheese is ready to eat
