Simple Salad For Breakfasts
Hi bloggers and food lovers, today I'm going to share my breakfast menu for this morning, which is easy to make and doesn't use any oil. Eggs and vegetables are combined into a salad in one bowl and served cold, that's it. Okay, let's get started.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 5 lettuce leaves
- 2 tomatoes
- green onions
- chili flakes
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- black pepper
- lemon
Steps:
- Boil the eggs until fully cooked for 12 minutes
- Once cooled, peel the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks
- Place the yolks on a separate plate and dice the whites
- Chop all the lettuce, tomatoes, and spring onions
Put the chopped vegetables and egg whites in a bowl
Add a little lemon juice
- In another plate, mix the egg yolks, mayonnaise, chili flakes, chili sauce, and a little black pepper
- Stir until well blended
- Pour over the bowl containing the vegetables and eggs
Stir until well blended
Place in the chiller and let sit for 1 hour
- After 1 hour, the salad is ready to serve
