Do you remember October 10th of last year? If you are in crypto and follow your bag's value, you probably remember that date very well... That was the day when most of crypto crashed over 50-60%, some close to 99%! Of course, HIVE wasn't spared from that moment... It went down 65% in just a couple of minutes, and it landed on the price where it is at this very moment, 6.2 cents...

Again, we can't ignore that others did the same and they are in a very similar situation, or worse, but that shouldn't be a comforting straw to hold on... 😃 Interestingly, that October 10th price acted as a MAGNET and it looks like every token was going toward that price... It looks like it was the "REAL VALUE" of the tokens at those moments... It was like a "reset"...

A lot of traders got burned that day... a lot of portfolios got erased... Some lost literally everything they had... It was another important showcase of keeping things diversified, having different assets in different places, having an investment portfolio separated from your trading portfolio, etc. Those who had their tokens "out of the order books" were safe... But, that's not the topic of this post... It's more of a prologue...

Just a couple of hours ago, someone dropped a (relatively) big amount of WORKERBEE tokens for sale and pushed the price down, similarly to that October's event... Maybe it was a "fat finger" (mistake from the seller), or it was deliberately done, but the fact is the same... It was an opportunity to get cheap WORKERBEE tokens!!! A wild card play, I would say...

I was playing the Wildcard game a lot of the time in the past, and I still do... What's it about? Well, I would put some unrealistic, inexpectedly LOW BUY ORDER for a token that I'm interested in... So, for example, the price of the WORKERBEE token was around 1.5 HIVE a week ago, and in that case, I would put a buy order at 0.5 HIVE per token... Just in case... As the WORKERBEE token liquidity is low (most people stake them, like you and me), if someone sells (a bit) larger amount, it can push the price heavily down... The result, you get some cheap tokens which you can stake, or just slowly sell them in the following days...

In that way, I got some cheap WB tokens in the past, also some BTC, and many times even HIVE on our internal markets... The same thing happened on October 10th with many tokens, and in those moments, someone got a nice chunk of cheap tokens that were able to sell in the following days...

It is a waiting game, and many times your order will not be filled, but occasionally it will... Did you do something similar? Did you get some cheap tokens, and which ones were they?

The token itself, and LEO things became a bit of a controversial topic recently, but the fact is that the team is still around, experimenting and creating some cool things... We don't have to be aligned on all levels, and it's good to have diversified teams developing different things...

There will be distributed 27 LEO tokens to the delegators of the pool as a bonus reward today!

27 LEO tokens will be distributed as a bonus... The APR (without the bonus) was 10.514%, and when we added the bonus, it went up to 13.007%!

I have calculated the ROI approximately with medium prices for all tokens when creating this post... So, those numbers are valid if you bought WB and sold BEE tokens at the middle HiveEngine price...
