I think it has been 3 weeks our dishwasher cannot being use, so obviously we have to do it manually. We'll, it's turn out our work become much harder than before. Usually the machine help to clean the plat and utensils with hot water while we can do other jobs, but now since it manually done we have another work load to clean as fast as we can to catch up the other stuff. It's not easy but I guess it still can be done.

At last after few week playing with water since opening to closing the mantainance come and fix the machines. Huh, you know how it feel when the saviour come to save you from the deep of the hard work, that was I feel when he come to fix the machines. Anyway, the cause of the machine broken last time is because the overflow water from the drainage being spill into the electric circuit.

Now, this save another hour worth of hard work at our workplace. It was how the fodd and beverage industry. Very busy never stop working especially when there was not many worker available.
