DIY - CONTEST: I made a pair of earing from an old cd disc.
Hello everyone @diyhub community and happy new week everyone.
It is great to be here as usual and it is amazing
Learning everyday has been fun and sharing it with others is great .
Based on the this month's theme i have been thinking on things to do
And and in the process i have learnt alot about recycling of used things.
Today i decided to make use of an old disc (CD) and i created a jewelry out of it,i made a pair of earing
Here are the materials used
- Old CD
- knitting Wool
- Scissors
- Earing hooks
- Plier
- White beads
First step

The first step i took was to get the old disc and a scissors.
I cut it out till i got the round circle i created two circle shapes from it.
Next step

The next step was still interesting i took the circle shapes and a wool.
I wrapped the wool around it and i kept wrapping it till i wrapped all through it.
Next step

In the next step,i got earinghook and i fixed it on the earing,i made it firm with plier.
Last step
The last step was when i fixed in the white bead un the circle hole
I pressed it in and made it firm.
And i am really glad that my earing was ready.
I like it and will like to try it again with different colours of wool.
I hope you like it too.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH
