What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger, that's the famous one, but there's not th outcome for some people. What do I mean by that?

Have you ever gone through an experience that was so rough that it was able to rearrange your entire personality? I'm not talking about changes that come from typical growth or a motivational speech about becoming stronger from life's hardness. I'm talking about real damage to your personhood. The damage that changes how you laugh, I you respond to people, the way you often now sit in silence and it even makes others keep asking if you're ok.

What didn't kill some people ended up making them stranger. It's a line uttered by Joker in the movie Dark Knight.

The whole story is filled with characters that became stranger because of their experience. Batman seeing his parents get shot seems like be got stronger and became more than Bruce Wayne but seeing a man dressed in a bat suit with ears pointing up is strange. We've only gotten used to the franchise but imagine if it nevr existed and you actually saw someone go through that, you'd say he became stranger, so did the Joker.

It's not just movies, people change to become less normal after going through something things that could have ended them but they survived it.

Most of the guys and girls that have bizarre opinions about relationships and how men or women are, are usually people that have had rough relationships, ones thay ended on a terrible note but they still survived it anyways.

"Fear Women" are words some men live by and vice versa for women and it's because of what they had to deal with in the hands of the opposite gender in the confinement of a relationship.

That's the point I'm trying to make with th quote by The Joker, yes it can make you stronger but check, you've probably become stranger too.

Is that a good or bad thing? It depends. If you gained wisdom to adapt and it's bringing positive results to both you and the people around you then yes, if not, then I can't really say yes can I?

The goal is to be better after surviving an if stranger makes you stronger then perhaps it was a win.
