I made these delicious puto pao last night before retiring. I still have plenty of time and left over baking ingredients so I thought I would make them and be eaten the next day for breakfast.

*these are puto pao so small they are easy to snack on* The thing with small size snacks is you can keep nibbling without realizing you already had consumed a lot. I would not blame you especially if you have tasted my puto pao hahahaha *filled with meat and seasoned well* You can put any kind of filling but for me I prefer some meat with a hint of spice. Others like the filling sweet so they use some sweet ingredients like a yam preserve, yema which is condensed milk and sugar. The choices are up to your liking. *quite dry but with a bit fluffy still* I usually like mine with a little moist but this batch is quite dry but the texture is just right. Yummy and filling at the same time good for a snack or breakfast with hot cup of coffee.
