Hello everyone and welcome to this week hive reachout community my name is @quin.lizzy and today I will be writing about the topic "Motivation Vs Discipline.

This is a very interesting topic,but before I continue I would like to write about what motivation and discipline is to me.

Motivation is a driving force something that pushes us to do the needful.It is like a voice in our head or something that inspire us to do a particular cause.Motivation can be gotten form a book or persons in our life and so on.

Discipline on the other hand is something that gets thing to be done always no matter the situation,when we are disciplined even if we are tired of doing same thing without getting a good result we always keep on pressing harder and doing things punctually.

We can all be motivated,we can all feel a force to do something but what makes it done is how disciplined we are to say no to some things and do the needful.

Discipline is needed in our everyday life,in our work place in school as a student and all spheres of life.Motivation is like a feeling while discipline is a attitude,a character we grow personally.

I will like to talk about being disciplined and how it has helped me in my everyday life.

As a student, it's better said than done, there is so many motivations in our life form family, friends,from God's word to teachers but being motivated isn't enough,cause most at times we stop doing the right thing if our motivation runs out or if we don't seem to get the best result.
The ability to be able to write down notes,come to school on time and study at home takes a lot of discipline to do all that,even when we are tired we still have to get that assignment done and cover those book.

I will at anytime go for discipline cause it never runs out,if you are disciplined it's already part of you to do the needful without waiting for someone to push you or remind you,you already know that this is what should be done right now and you are ready to give it your all.
Motivation drives us but it affected by emotions and results which means it has the possibility of running out,but a disciplined person does the needful as if it's part of it everyday life.

You can't achieve something without being disciplined,so I choose discipline over motivation but with both we can achieve higher height.
