Last time I shared the recipe of Homestyle Eggplant & Potato Stir-Fry, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Golden Double-Crispy Potato Bread Bites.
Let's see how I made it.
Ingredients
- Potatoes ( 250 grams )
- Bread ( 4 )
- Breadcrumbs ( 1 cup )
- Oil ( for Fry )
- Plain flour & Water ( for making slurry)
- Onion ( 50 grams )
- Carom seeds ( 1 tbsp )
- Cumin & Coriander powder ( 1 sp )
- Spices Powder ( according to taste )
- Green Chillies ( 1 or 2 )
Process
Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.

So first I boiled the potatoes then peeled them and grated them.
Then I added finely chopped onion and green chillies then I added crushed spices to it.

The ground spices include salt, ground red chili, turmeric, chili flakes.
In addition, I added cumin, and coriander powder and mixed the entire mixture well.

Now I took the slices of bread and spread this mixture on them.
I spread the mixture all over the bread and then cut the bread in two from the middle.

Now it was time to coat, so for that I prepared the slurry by adding water to the plain flour.
Then added a little black pepper and salt to it and mixed the slurry well.
Now I dipped these bread bites in the slurry first.

After dipping them in the slurry, I sprinkled breadcrumbs on top and then fried them in hot cooking oil.
When they turned brown, I used a sieve to remove them from the pan onto a plate.
These are my potato bread bites.
You can see the final look in the pictures below where I served it with mint yogurt.
Fried to a beautiful golden crisp, each piece offers a delightful contrast of crunchy exterior and soft, flavorful center.
Final Look:
Golden, double-coated bread bites generously layered with a savory potato filling, then dipped in a smooth slurry and coated with crispy breadcrumbs for an extra crunch.
Served alongside a refreshing mint yogurt dip, this snack delivers a perfect balance of creamy, tangy, and savory flavors, making every bite irresistibly satisfying.
I hope you all like my recipe. I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then, Good Bye...🤗
