So first I put cooking oil in the pan and then added cumin seeds to it.
When the cumin seeds turned light brown, I added ginger garlic paste to it and then fried it.

I had cut the potatoes into thin slices. Now I added those potatoes and fried them well in cumin, ginger, garlic, and then I added very finely chopped onions to it.

Now I added some water to make a gravy and after cooking for some time, when the gravy became thick, I added the hot spice.
Finished with a generous sprinkle of fresh coriander, this simple homestyle dish offers a fragrant aroma and a delicious balance of spice and freshness that makes it truly satisfying.
Final Look:
Golden slices of potatoes gently cooked with aromatic cumin seeds, onions, garlic, tomatoes, and fresh green chilies, creating a rich and comforting blend of flavors.
The potatoes absorb the savory spices beautifully, becoming tender and full of warmth in every bite.
I hope you all like my recipe. I will wait for your comments. Now we will meet in the next post with a new recipe. Until then, Good Bye...🤗
