Sometimes you find out that you are not just alone but you are doing every it takes to be you, and make yourself happy.

But then, you realized that you have had an encounter where he/she makes you look at your self as if you are not doing anything at all to assist yourself and people, so in that case, you find it not enticing, like you are not at your best lane.

This has make me to realize that people can be hard to understand sometimes, but as a person, I tried to be in that position, where I let his/her to be aware of my best thoughts when necessary.

You see, when we can't have a single knowledge of either a person we are dealing with, this will make us have a slide down towards an activities we were into with them.

There was a day where something of that nature happen, it was about a product which we wanted to used, the deal was, the item got finished, and I told my friend's we were going to get it towards in the evening, some of them didn't like the idea of getting it in the evening.

The felt it was going to delayed, meanwhile, I proposed that time of the day because I was aware that we were not going to met the seller at his shop, yet, some people right there, thoughts it was better they got it that time, so I gave them the location, but when they came back, it was truth that the seller was not around, and they both of them spent the transport for nothing.

Therefore, in the evening, just as i told them, that was when we got the thing we wanted, you see, people can be hard to deal with, and it uses to hurt me because, for someone I have spent some times with, I think he/she should take my words for it.

But I stop feeling that way as well, because there was this book that I red which let me to know that, it is not bad when someone said the opposite of what we believe in, many times, it makes us to know more, and then, realized that it can be also done in a way we did not thoughts it was.

Therefore, a person needs to take others decision's as important, i see it as a great thing to do.

Little dealings of this nature help's a lot, and even without us knowing, it takes away an unnecessary conflicts that should have surface if we did not give room to their thinking.

Many years back, in a certain project presentation, I recalled that the leader used to asked each of us in the group, how we feel about what was discussed, if we accepted it, and want us to follow along, because one voice is the best way of conquering, there is a lot of progress in the activities of many people, that is when people says and believe in the same thing.
