Little worlds on a cover of an old destroyed book
Hello hivers, an happy Saturday to you all! It's a sunny warm day here in my area and now I can smell the springtime in the air. My plum tree is full of delicate white flowers and it looks like a cloud, at the same way the other fruit trees in the garden close to mine. ❤️
My furry friends Nanny and Bimba are sleeping in a corner of my backyard in a very quiet way and I spent my morning cleaning around, so in the afternoon I could go out for a long walk along the alleys in the center of my city.
This morning, as usual, I woke up soon and, before to clean my backyard, I decided to exercise my hand and my imagination on a cover of an old destroyed book I had in my lab room. As I wrote many time, me and my hubby collected some destroyed old book from friends and relatives to use them to create artworks (paintings or sculptures) and I like to give them a new, different, life. ❤️
I just finished to paint it so I can show you the final result:
I used my brushes and my oil colors to paint a sort of tiny world with different freaky houses and plants.
As usual, I also took some pics while I was painting it so you can see the process too:
I hope you like it!
See ya soon and stay safe,
Silvia
