Time to fly! 🐦🐦🐦
Hello hivers, an happy Tuesday to you all! Today a pale Sun is shining on the sky between the clouds and so, in a pause from my brushes and colors, I went to walk for a little close to my home, along of the side of the small river where I can watch birds and ducks.
It seems the birds feel the need to fly away when they understand I want to take some pics of them. Maybe they are shy birds. 😁
I feel myself so lucky to live in a small city with a lot of green areas all around. I was born and I lived for the most part of my life and when I started to live here (around 12 years ago) I had some doubts, but at the end it's an awesome home where to live, because I can enjoy my backyard between other gardens and fields, I can arrive to the small river in just few minutes by my feeth and I also can go to the center of the city walking for just around 10 minutes. ❤️
When I watch a bird I use to take a lot of pics in few seconds, because I know they use to fly away in very few time and so I cross my fingers to have a decent pic of them taking a lot of pics. Sometimes I'm lucky! In the case of the bird you watched in the first pic I have a photo of it before it flyed away:
It happened something similar with a White Egret I watched while it was close to a Grey Heron along the small river:
The Grey Heron was too busy to find the fish and so it continued to stay there:
As usual, for all the pics I took I used my Nikon Coolpix B700.
See ya soon and stay safe,
Silvia
