自制云吞
突然很想吃云吞,就和帅哥去学校后门买了两碗,一个10块钱一个14块。但是吃着口感跟我们那边做的都不一样。这边的云吞都是像肉末一样有颗粒感的,我们都是只喜欢吃那种像肉泥一样的,感觉更好吃。
帅哥就心血来潮买了猪肉回来说要自己做,但是我们去的晚,没有云吞皮卖了,我俩去了好几个地方都没有找到卖皮的地方。后来帅哥就在美团点了外卖。十多块钱的皮,有600g,我感觉好贵🙃
除了肉还买了一点生粉,帅哥先把肉搅碎成肉末,然后放了盐和花生油,又放了生粉一起搅拌,还放了一点水,后面拿云吞皮包起来放在锅里煮,还放了一点紫菜。煮出来我俩都觉得不对劲。这个肉没有弹性感觉好松散,然后猪肉也有一股味道,感觉没有去腥,不好吃。
后来帅哥就去抖音看视频,他就说这个粉买错了,应该买木薯淀粉,然后搅拌的时候也没有加冰块,所以没有那种口感。我不死心,又加了一些粉进去搅拌,加了粉我怕不够味道了,又加了一点盐,结果还是不行。煮出来还是感觉吃面粉一样,没有Q弹的感觉。
后面云吞就烂尾了,不好吃我俩就没包起来,云吞皮放了冷藏,肉用保鲜膜封起来放了速冻。🤣
冻了几个小时之后我又拿出来包完了,感觉再冻就成冰块了。包好之后我又用保鲜膜裹起来,放到第二天再吃了😂
