Bollitos Navideños [Esp/Ing]

Saludos a la comunidad de hive.blog y a los creadores de contenidos.especialmente #hivefood Hoy comparto un material videográfico grabado con mi teléfono Redmi A5 cómo preparar bollitos navideños, elaborados con cariño junto a mi esposa.
Ingredientes
harina de maíz, onoto (onotero), sal al gusto, aceite.
Guiso: carne sancochada y esmechamos ,aliñamos la carnes con cebolla, tomates, alcaparras, pimentón aceites con onotos.
Envoltorio: hojas de plátano limpias y cortadas, pabilo.
Otros: agua hirviendo y una pizca de sal para la olla.

Preparación
Sofríe cebolla, pimentón, ajíes para cuando rellenemos los bollitos
Masa con onoto:
Disuelve onoto en aceite. Mezcla con harina de maíz, agua y sal hasta obtener una masa suave y manejable. Reserva una taza de masa más aguada con aceite y onoto para untar.
Hojas y amarres:
Lava y corta las hojas. Ten listo el pabilo y una olla con agua hirviendo y sal.
Armado del bollito:
Unta la hoja con la masa aguada. Coloca una porción de masa, aplana al centro, agrega el guiso. Y coloque los de más ingredientes, la carne guisada, la cebolla, el pimentón, la zanahoria,papa, aceitunas, alcaparras,pasas.luego. Cierra: dobla la hoja, sella bien y amarra con pabilo.
Cocción:
Lleva a la olla con agua hirviendo (como las hallacas) y cocina 35–45 minutos hasta que la masa esté firme.

Ingredients
Corn flour, annatto (onotero), salt to taste, oil.
Stew: boiled meat, shredded and seasoned with onion, tomatoes, capers, bell pepper, and annatto oil.
Wrapping: clean and cut plantain leaves, twine.
Others: boiling water and a pinch of salt for the pot.
Preparation
Sauté onion, bell pepper, and chili peppers to use when filling the dumplings.
Annatto dough:
Dissolve annatto in oil. Mix with corn flour, water, and salt until you get a soft, manageable dough.
Set aside one cup of looser dough with annatto oil to spread on the leaves.
Leaves and ties:
Wash and cut the leaves. Have the twine ready and a pot with boiling water and salt.
Assembling the dumpling:
Spread the leaf with the loose dough.
Place a portion of dough, flatten in the center, add the stew. Then add the other ingredients: stewed meat, onion, bell pepper, carrot, potato, olives,
capers, raisins.
Close: fold the leaf, seal well, and tie with twine.
Cooking:
Place in the pot with boiling water (like hallacas) and cook for 35–45 minutes until the dough is firm.
