Hoy les voy a compartir dos recetas "resolvedoras", como las llamo yo. Esas preparaciones que te sacan de un apuro, que son perfectas cuando quieres comerte algo rico sin cocinar mucho, y sobre todo cuando quieres sorprender en casita con algo diferente pero divertido.

Haré una pizza con fajitas y una pasta con charcutería, ambas quedan super ricas y son fáciles.

Today I'm going to share with you two “solver” recipes, as I call them. Those preparations that get you out of a hurry, that are perfect when you want to eat something tasty without cooking much, and especially when you want to surprise at home with something different but fun.

I will make a pizza with fajitas and a pasta with charcuterie, both are super tasty and easy.

Ingredientes para la pizza:

• Tortillas o fajitas

• pimentón
• cebolla
• queso mozarela
• salsa napolitana.

Compré un queso en bloque, así que procedo a rayarlo, una cantidad que me alcance para dos pizzas, obviamente esto siempre será a tu gusto.

Ahora pongo la tortilla en una sartén caliente, le agrego dos cucharadas de salsa napolitana, la esparzo y agrego el queso. Lo dejo derretirse un poco mientras pico en tiritas el pimentón y la cebolla.

Now I put the tortilla in a hot pan, add two tablespoons of napolitana sauce, spread it and add the cheese. I let it melt a little while I chop the bell pepper and onion into strips.

La sartén debe estar caliente pero no demasiado para que se queme la tortilla mientras hacemos el proceso.

Agrego el salami, coloco el pimentón y la cebolla en los lugares vacíos. Pongo la tapa en el sartén y dejo que se derrita más el queso.

Le puedes agregar orégano y pimienta, yo esta vez no lo usé porque la salsa ya está bien condimentada.

The pan should be hot but not too hot so that the tortilla burns while we do the process.

I add the salami, place the paprika and onion in the empty spots. I put the lid on the pan and let the cheese melt more.

You can add oregano and pepper, I didn't use it this time because the sauce is already well seasoned.

Ya tenemos lista la pizza, deliciosa y bastante práctica para esos días donde quieres comer rico sin cocinar demasiado.

Ingredientes para la pasta:

• Pasta en tornillitos
• chorizo
• tocineta
• jamón
• sobre para salsa napolitana
• crema de leche
• sal, orégano y pimenta
• leche
• mantequilla

Ingredients for the pasta:

• bacon
• ham
• envelope for Neapolitan sauce
• milk cream
• salt, oregano and pepper.

• butter

Para esta receta, monto agua para la pasta y voy cortando los chorizos, la tocineta, jamón y los pongo a sofreír con un poquito de mantequilla.

Mientras los sofrío voy preparando mi salsa.
Hago una taza y media con leche y le agrego el sobre de salsa napolitana, lo mezclo bien.
Cuelo mi pasta cuando ya este lista, y pongo mi salsa a coser y espesar en la olla.

Mezclo la pasta con los chorizos y cuando mi crema esta lista la pongo sobre la pasta e integro muy bien.
Esta receta la hice porque no tenía ni pollo ni carne para hacerlo, entonces decidí probar con la charcutería que tenia encasa para degustar algo diferente.

La sirvo un toque de queso parmesano por encima, y buen provecho, la verdad esto quedo de rechupete.
